Imaging a surface pro 4

Hi guys,

I have 10 surface pro 4 s in my workplace. I am trying to image it. Turned off secure boot, and tried using Hirens,it doesnt work. Ghost is now trying to fix this problem. Is there any other way for me to image this surfaces? I am tired of installing them one by one. Thanks a bunch.
