New Semi-Quiet Build, Need Assistance.

Ok, so this is the deal, Im from Sweden moved to Norway without my computer.. I know stupid move..

What I want is a PC that dont make so mutch noice, but at load its ok if it powers up abit :)

Wanna run it on my projector we a single hdmi, or run with dual monitors, "netflix and chill" or gaming mode..

Keybord, mouse and all that is already in my bag.

 

my "plans" so far is:

ASUS rog maximus VIII Hero

ASUS GeForce STRIX GTX 970 4GB

EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2, 750W

Intel Core i7-6700 Skylake Socket-LGA1151

HyperX Predator 3000MHz 32GB (4x8GB)

Samsung 950 PRO 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD

Noctua NH-D15

WD® Desktop Black 1TB SATA 6Gb/s (SATA 3.0) - (maybe going for a green or an extra 1tb ssd)

 

dont know how good this would work but im putting it out there and hoping for someone with the knowlage to give me tips

You're overspending on your RAM and motherboard. A locked CPU doesn't need an overclocking motherboard. Use that money for a faster GPU instead. 16 GB are plenty and a H170 mobo would do just as fine.
