file type realdeal

I have some files on my computer with the file type name of realdeal. I know that Real Deal is an adware program but this is only file types. It appears in random places and on random things. Like there is one of "Metro last light" with the file type realdeal. Before any questions are asked, i legally own the game, bought it through steam.

 

What should i do, is it a problem?

The files are empty so they should be harmless.  I'm surprised they're not setup to link to some scam if it's adware
