Are you using the latest graphics driver (364.47)? It is causing problems for some people (bluescreen, freezes and crashes).

Make sure Shadowplay is off. It has a history of making Ubishit titles crash.

@lullemannen90 Yes I do use the latest nvidia drivers.

@SirDerpsALot Really? Never ever heard that before, but ok, I'll give it a try.

@RafaelSoaresP My gpu and cpu temp was pretty high as it is supposed to but I pass the minimum required limit for the game

Yes, it's a semi-rare but known bug that crops up in some AC and TC games.

Also, what are you calling pretty high? Exact numbers before it crashes will tell us if that is the problem or not.

Delete local content through steam, the re-install. It's time consuming, but if it isn't automatically fixing those files, it's your only recourse ATM.

That might be the problem then. Download Display Driver Uninstaller and let it remove your current drivers. Then download and install the driver before the latest one (362.00), until this problem is fixed.

I heard the newest Driver makes trouble. I use an older one (361.75) and everything runs fine.
