Increase in BF4's server's ping

Good day sirs!

 

Since 3/7/16 yesterday, I have experienced a high increase in ping on my Favorites list of servers which usually has 60 - 100 ms which has now gone up to 200 - 300ms

I tested my internet on speedtests and it showed fine. Had time=70ms - 90ms in ping at command prompt through google.

 

my computer is the only thing connected to my router by cable, all others are connected through wifi and they have no issues at all. I tried restarting my router and repairing the game a couple times, nothing has worked. tried reinstalling my battlelog game launcher and nothing at all.

 

I played other online FPS to see if the net was the problem, played BO3 which had 0 problems.
