Hi everyone,

My PC has been acting strange since I upgraded to Windows 10. To be more specific, my RAM randomly spikes up to 99% use and slows down, and sometimes when I shut down my PC, it just hangs at a black screen and never turns off. I was wondering if resetting my PC will solve these problems? Ah, and what exactly is a reset in Windows 10? Will I lose all my programs and steam games? Any help I can get is greatly appreciated!

It should fix most of your issues, and a reset can keep all your personal files if you select that option.
