CPU Usage at 50% when Idle?

Title says it all. It's really making me mad and I can not figure out what it is. Please help. :c

do you have a sevice running background? open up task manager an see wat is taking so mutch procces power in use. or reboor the system. if that is not the case reset bios to default settings.

Press CNTRL + Shift + esc, then sort by CPU usage bc255a5387bfbfefc21871f410185a11.png

 

That way you can see what's using up your CPU.

are that all the processes? how hot is your cpu getting? with what cooler

Its averaging 53 Celcius.

I noticed lsm.exe. try ending the process.

Yes sir, I had no idea lsm was doing that, it wasn't doing it earlier in the day.

read my link because sometimes just stopping a process in the task manager is not a good idea if you do not fully know what the process is.

I get 60 frames at 1080p on a dual core APU. Ask me how.

and also chek that lsm is not starting up when windows starts up go to start menu icon on search typ in msconfig press enter then go to tab, startup bar and sevices chek if lsm is marked unmark it and aply and reboot.

ok then go to start menu typ in services and go to component sevices then to -----> services (local) find lsm and go in to that if it is there then startup type disabled.
