Musicbee ceased to function

Hey there! I'm not sure if I posted this in the right area, but i'll state my issue anyway.

 

Today, after ripping my Marshal Mathers album, i wanted to add it in musicbee, just by scanning the folder in which i organized the files, but it kept saying "no new files added". So i decided to use the usual old method of adding the tracks to "now playing", right clicking on them and choosing "add to library", until i see that the option to was greyed out. I have tried many new things, but as this prgramme is fairly new to me, i don't really know what to do... I checked the inbox already, but that is where i keep the files i sync to my iPod, so they weren't there.
