Windows does not boot with joystick connected ??

Hey Guys,

I have a Logitech extreem3D pro joystick but i have noticed that when i have it connected to the system and i have to do a reboot windows hangs on the windows logo screen and i have to disconnect the device and restart for windows to load. now i have not had this issue on my old system so i am not sure if this is some bios setting that i have to enable ? or is this a windows issue maybe a bad install of windows. I am running windows 10 updated from 8.1. I am thinking of just doing a fresh install of windows and hopefully that fixes the issue? but just want to check if there is any other solution before i try that.    I currently just leave the device disconnected until i need to use it when i connect it but would like to leave it connected all the time if possible

Motherboard is a Asus X99 Delux

Thanks in advance for the help guys.
