Ark survival Evolved servers?

I'm looking for a active server with a great community and PVP but not all the time. just occasinal PVP like PVP weekends or something along those lines.

I would definitely recommend Lost in Serentity. I personally just joined a few days ago and I was looking for exactly what you wanted as well. It's an unofficial server that stays updates, uses a few mods, and limits PVP. You can't randomly kill somebody, you haven't to actually declare war and let it be known that you're on the hunt for that person. The community is great and they've helped me out a ton even over just a few days. They do use mods like I said, but they are only to enhance the experience, things like 2x longer days and half as long nights, faster dino taming, etc. There's no increase in leveling or resources or anything like that.
