What's your best overclock with this chip? also if you can mention voltage and temps under load!

You're just going to get a lot of shit data like from the kid above me, 5.4 @ 1.462v is not stable at all.

4.8ghz around 1.56-1.6v or higher and expect some serious cooling set ups to keep the CPU below 70c as the solder will melt at 80c+.

 

As with all overclocking validation should only be done with stress tests not CPUZ screenshots and 4 hours of prime 95...

You are aware that Heaven Benchmark is a GPU stress Benchmark, right? Not a stress test, even for the GPU.

I posted this a bit ago. 

 

4.74 is pretty much the best I can get for a daily OC. Thermal/motherboard power phase limits. 

 

There is a ton of value in CPU-NB/HT OC'ing (as depicted in the thread)

Yeah, I am. I never said your results were invalid, or that you were wrong, or anything to that effect.

All I'm saying is that Heaven Benchmark is kinda like quoting Wikipedia in an essay. Not wrong, per se, but not the greatest source.

I was just showing one of my overclocks is all, the valley bench was run at 5.24ghz the rest show how I keep the hotter than a 9590 chip and VRM cool.

Yeah, I wasn't trying to criticize or scrutinize your work, I was just wondering about the inclusion of the valley Benchmark. (I get valley and Heaven mixed up so much, god damn)
