A few weeks ago I saw a post about improving my ms by doing something with TcpAckFrequency and TcpNoDelay on the registry. You'll understand what I'm talking about with a simple google.

Thing is, I did this and nothing really changed but few hours later I got disconnected for 10 seconds and it keeps happening every 1 or 2 hours.

What can I do to fix this?

PS: Please explain like I'm five, thank you.

I reccomend never messing around with the registry unless you know what you're doing, or backup before you make any changes. Navigate to  [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\servic es\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces] then find the folder where you made the TcpAckFrequency and TcpNoDelay registry keys, change the values of these keys to 0.
