Paint.net download issues

Hello all!

I have a friend of mine is having issues with Paint.net. It keeps giving us the "windows cannot complet the extraction. the destination file could not be created" error. This is on Windows 10, which should be able to work with Paint.net, because it works with mine. Any ideas? Thank you! (Pardon for any details left out)

Most likely, it's due to the permissions. Try running installer as an administrator.

If it doesn't help, try using installer from ninite.com.

Try and run it as administrator. It seems like it cannot create the TEMP folder for the download and extraction.

Right click the .exe > Run As Administrator

Well, first I have to try getting this person to stop being lazy and discouraged, so we will see (hopefully) in the next 5 minutes)

Haha, I see what you mean. I have a friend like that and it really pisses me off.

It is a lot of work, but for me it pays off ^^
