Cortana question?

So I just installed windows 10 today, and I wanted to try Cortana, this is a post from another forum, but they didn't get a clear answer, I was hoping somebody could help? they get the same thing as me.

 

I was going to setup but cortana when I go to the second step then Cortana says "Before I can help, you'll need to go to setting and change your speech language to one I speak." and when I go to 'setting' --> 'time and language' --> 'speech' then there is only one language 'English (United State)' .

when I come back to setting then Cortana is just  saying " Before I can help, you'll need to go to setting and change your speech language to one I speak."

so I can not set up Cortana. Plz Halp

And I'm bulgaria but Cortana firmly believes I live in the US. It's all in the options menu somewhere (Can't remember, configured it 2 years ago)
