Could these RAM modules actually be the same?

Hey 

 

Im a newbie (in the overclocking world anyway) trying to overclock a Q6600 on a G41M-VS3 motherboard without much success (WHEA uncorrectable errors even on 3ghz).

 

From some research i found that having 2 different brands of ram can lead to overclocking being near impossible so i hit ebay today to find a match for my Crucial DDR3 1333 mhz. I took some photos of my 2 current modules and found a listing for a Crucial stick of ram that appears to have both my apparently entirely different ram modules stickers on it (see attached files).  

Could my ram modules somehow actually be the same and my problem lays elsewhere?

 

Any input is hugely appreciated.

Crucial is a brand name of Micron Inc, so take your guess.
