Graphics card shopping

I'm building my  first computer and am looking for a graphics card. I am on a slight budget so I'd like to get the best performance per dollar I can under $200. If anyone could help me that would be amazing.

R9 380 ? Sapphire/MSI brand preferably.

Yep, 380. Would´ve gotten a different psu, but should be fine.
