So I was wondering if anyone knows who to contact over at PNY about customer service complaints. I submitted an RMA form with them back in December, but I was understanding when it came to a tardy reply due to the holidays. My first worry came when I never received a confirmation that I ever submitted my RMA form, but again I just thought it was due to the holiday lag. Nearly three months later, and 3 additional emails to the emails that I could find on their website, I still have yet to hear from anyone other than one person saying that I had contacted the wrong department (and it sucks that they didn't tell me who to contact but whatever...). The card I was trying to get word on was already out of warranty, so I wasn't expecting them to accept it, but I find no response at all unacceptable. If anyone has gotten through to a customer service rep I would greatly appreciate getting that contact info so I can try to get a reply from them.
