Which secondhand GPU do I buy?

So I've found 2 cards that I'm thinking about buying but amn't sure which one I should buy.

A GTX 760 for €100 and a R9 280 for €150.

 

What do people think?

Both have been well looked after and have had little to no overclocking done to them.

A used 7950/7970. Or the 280 is fine.
