i3 4360 with r9 380?

My friend wants a list and I decided to pair an i3 with a 380. I was wondering if there would be a significant bottleneck while gaming? I would choose skylake, but my friend wants to order from fry's and they don't have skylake i3's.

Not likely.  Also, try to understand people blow this whole 'bottlenecking' thing way out of proportion.
