Is it all compatible?

I'm trying to build a new system unit for my younger brother and I'm on a budget but I also need the PC to perform mediocre performance so that it can run Metal Gear Rising and League of Legends at a constant rate of 60 FPS
Is this all compatible with all I'm buying and is the PSU just right for the rig.

@CUDA_Cores
1. Nope I live in the Philippines where PC components that are darn cheap is so rare.
2. Mostly Gaming,Porn, MS Office, and normal downloads and video chatting.
3. Nope had trauma on buying used parts as most guys here in my country has a tendency of hiding problems and issues with the parts.
