Cheap 771 Xeon rig

Hi, I am planning on building a really cheap computer, and i have a few doubts and questions.

The is the cpu I am planning to buy  is the Xeon E5410, for 9 euros plus shipping. It is a 771 cpu, but it has been modded in order to work with 775 mobos.

For the motherboard I have found an Msi 775 mobo which supports DDR3 and comes with a dual core at 1,6 Ghz for 25 euros. My question is, will the Xeon support DDR3? 

If you have other suggestion for the rig (CPU/Mobo) please tell me. This pc is not meant for gaming at all, maybe League of legends if i drop a cheap Gpu

I have no clue if its compatible or not but i love the idea last week i go an old server with a xeon x3330 (4x 2,66 12mb cache) in it but the board didnt support pci-e so i searched for ddr3 775 boards. I am selling the computer currently as its worth more as a complete setup.

please keep us updated here want to know what happens to the build

Hope the 775 gurus come help us  This rig is meant to be  a replacement for my pc in case i have to repair it, and if i get a good deal on a gpu it will be a lan machine for LoL and CSGO

thats a really cool idea
i had 2 1155 boards, a case, cooler, psu and hard drives laying around so i did the same  
30€ i3 2100,
50 for a hd7850 for wich i had a fitting cooler too  
30 for a new kit of 2x4gb corsair ram.
If you can find a card that supports dx11 and costs around that much you're golden
