Will the MSI GAMING 9 ACK let me do the following:

1. Install 2 Titan Xs running in SLI.

2. Install a Samung 950 Pro SSD as a boot drive.

3. Install a secondary Intel 750 Series SSD.

4. Install a network adapter.

Thanks in advance.

8x Titan X, 4x Intel 750, 0x, 16x Titan X all works fine.

The question is how the last slot works, when not using all 8 lanes. As that determiner if the Samsung 950 Pro gets CPU lanes or Chipset lanes.

But based on everything I have seen, so will the m.2 most likely not get the CPU lanes do to the priority of the switches.

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.

I am a newbie at all this PCIe lanes stuff, so everything you just said completely confused me D:

Can you please give me a simple explanation? xD

Is there any X99 motherboard that will let me all of the things I listed above? Or will the Gaming 9 ACK do the job?

Sorry D:

Sorry D:

Not on the MSI side it seems, as they all have the same "issue".

Use of the last PCI slot robs the M.2 of most of its speed.

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.

Will Asus Rampage V Extreme do the job?

Yes, that will work.

Titan X in first and 3rd red slot. Intel 750 in 2nd red slot. network card in black slot.

1 Titan X will run 8x instead of 16x, most likely, but all cards should get the speed they require.

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.

Alright, thanks :)

Sorry for all the questions, but what about the X99 Deluxe? :D

Nope, not enough slots.

Remember, 2 Titan X's take 4 slots, including spaces. Asus Rampage V Extreme has space between 1th and 2nd Red slot, so you can place a card into both.

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.

Aha, thanks.

When you talked about the Rampage V Extreme you did not mention the Samsung 950 Pro

"40-LANE CPU: The PCIeX8_4 slot can only be used in x4 mode or lower when used simultaneously with the M.2 connector. If x8 mode is used, the two connectors will be mutually exclusive."

Put the Intel 750 in the lowest Red slot and it will be fine.

Along with Titan X in first, Titan X in 3rd red slot and network card in black slot, of course

Yeah I thought about that M.2 slot after I asked you.

Thanks a lot, I truly do appreciate it!

I'm not 100% sure it will work, but the info says it should.

Just so you know, if you run into any problems when building the PC.
