My friend need a gaming PC that is about $650. He need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, OS and wireless card, along with the tower. I tried to make him a build and found it hard to do with all the extras while staying in the budget. Thanks for your help guys, you're all always great!

I live in the US, and my friend would prefer new parts, however last gen "new" parts are fine.
