Go to MSI's page for your motherboard, go to support and download the driver then just double click it to install it.

Yes? Download the driver off of MSI's site and then double click the downloaded driver file.

Inside the zip file should be the driver.

When you double click the zip file it should have extracted the contents. But if that didn't, then yes, extract the files and then install the driver.

ummmm, okay, I'm confused as to what you're doing.

Is this what you're doing:

1. Go to your specific motherboard on MSI's website

2. Click on the "service" tab

3. Click on the "Driver" tab

4. selecting Windows 10 64 bit

5. Clicking download for the appropriate drivers

6. Unzipping/extracting the driver

7. Installing the driver

I think if you use the MSI live update program it has a driver install feature where it just installs all available drivers. Don't quote me on it though.

That works too, but he still has to install live update the same way he would install the first driver.

Meh, I'd rather download the specific drivers I needed manually and not have to deal with disabling Live Update from starting on launch and being a general pain in the ass.

True, but it seems like he is having problems just extracting the driver files....

Like I said, installing Live Update is basically the same process; and once he does the first driver the rest will be easy. Plus with Live Update he's likely to download a whole bunch of crap he doesn't need/want.

Also, since he disappeared, my guess is that he figured it out and is downloading everything.
