Bone Conduction Head/earphones

So I got a new Job that I'm loving so far, but they have 1 stupid rule, no headphones or earphones because it blocks people out, so I was thinking of getting some bone conduction headphones. these of course would only be used while I'm at my desk (I'm IT Support). I'm having trouble finding anything that fits the criteria I want

1) 9+ Hours or run time

2) Ships to Australia (This is my biggest issue)

3) and will sound leakage be a problem, being an office environment, no one want to hear my music.

4) not so much a concern, but it will be paired to my phone, so does it play nice with phone calls.

5) Quality, I like spending a bit extra and getting something that is made properly, I don't like buying cheap rubbish that only half works.

Any help would be great! I have no problems spending US dollars and purchasing from Amazon, but some items (well they say some, but a lot of items) will not be shipped to Australia. Also noting that 1USD =  $1.40 AUD. I dont really want to spend Hundreds of dollars, but any suggestions will help I guess

Okay the thing with bone conduction headphones is that the sound is not very good and they have a hard time repoducing the bass. I think the best ones that are out right now are aftershokz bluez 2 but they "only" have 6 hours of Continuous play and 10 hours on standby, there are also the aftershokz SPORTZ 3 that has 12 hours of Continuous, but then you need to plug them into your phone.
