Error message when trying to create a new user.

Hello Guys. When i try to create a new user on my laptop i get the error messsage "User profile service failed the logon User profile cannot be loaded". I found a fix for this (please watch the video) However my newly created user which has the problem doesn't seem to show up in the folder. what can i do?
