You can use the folding@home site and look up your stats. (goes down occasionally)

You can use folding.extremeoverclocking.com an alternative
resource. http://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/search.php

 

If you are using the desktop client, just open it and click on your

name.

 

As for the badges, the requirements and procedure is written in the 
stickie in this section. That being said, you basically pm your 

id/stats to whaler_99 once you have reached one of the requirements.
