Face plate help!

anelsAs you can see below, i want to go from a faceplate straight to rj45. I want to be able to plug into the jack and go straight into my switch, without a patch panel. 

How do i wire it up?

Run the wire from the back of your face plate through the walls to wherever your switch is. You can use a plate like this at the switch end to make the hole in the wall look tidy.
