IPTV related network issues

Hello,
I have a kind of unique situation and i am hoping you guys can help me out. So here goes:
I have a fiber internet connection which plugs directly into a router (huawei hg8245h)
Since its wifi is bad, i have hooked up a dlink (dlink 2750u) router to it with a 30 m lan cable connected to port 4 on the main router and wan port in the dlink router.
Internet and wifi works fine. 
My pakage include IPTV  which is on port 2 on the main router and my tv is near the dlink router. Since i have only 1 lan cable running to there.
I would have like that i still get the internet wifi from the dlink router + i connect the tvbox to the dlink router to get iptv.
Anyone can help me on that?

Usually IPTV needs an external IP to function so the very least you'll have to set the D-Link to Bridge mode and probably disable DHCP on both routers.
