Which SSD should I get?

The SP550 is a FAR superior drive. The V300 is basically a piece of crap. But even compared to something like an 850 Pro, the SP550 is still just as good from a consumer point of view (both will last well beyond your use case and unless you're going to run benchmarks you won't be able to tell them apart).

I would say get the sandisk ssd plus from personal experience there really good.
