Hey everyone, I've recently decided to ditch the consoles and go with a pc. With this first build I'm looking to play games at 1080p 60FPS with high or ultra high settings (my monitor is a 1080p 60Hz). I'm aslo thinking I will be upgrading it for years to come. At this point I'm hoping to keep it around $1000-1100 Canadian dollars. Any help\advice would be very much appreciated.

Build will overclocking In mind.

You would not have to upgrade this for a some time...

PS, If you can save just a little bit more and get a SSD to install windows on. 128 does ok.. But if possible 240GB would be great...Also the motherboard I picked out for you has a M.2 slot. So have a look at booting your speed even further by getting a M.2 SSD instead.

My new Gaming PC.

Don't get any of those parts. Everything you picked is either mismatched (like a overclocking motherboard with a non-overclocking Intel Chip) Or just rubbish parts like a Rosewill PSU that will blow your system up within the first 30 seconds, All rolled up into a case thats to be put bluntly... Shit.

So... Yea.

Go for my build or someone else's... Because your build would be like throwing your money into the bin..

Nothing wrong with mATX. Loses some features like XFire and SLI but it's affordable and it gets the job done.

What do you mean crappier PSU? The EVGA B2 series is good...

Ah, sorry Didn't see its the Supernova, Never mind it is a decent PSU then..

I wasn't talking about the functionality of the mAXT board I was talking about the size. You are paying a Premium 30$ more for a ATX Tower and only putting a mATX board inside.. Won't look the best. (Not that the S340 is a bad case, because its awesome)

Gives a bit of room to be able to afford the R9 390 and to upgrade to an ATX motherboard in the future. Sure, it'll look a bit off but it's nothing to worry about.
