I have a question. I have a AMD FX-4300 Quad Core and I am asking if I can play minecraft, CS-GO, or Call of Duty World at War (custom zombies) thanks for the help.

Yes you can. 
For COD:WaW it matters what GPU you have also. Rest should work just fine on anything(at least on low settings)

You should be able to play them. Weather or not on a smooth 60fps is a different story.

Do you have an iGPU or a GPU? You just mentioned your CPU so I would assume an iGPU but I thought I should ask.

If those can run on my AMD athlon 2 x4 im saying it can run on your PC as well but it aint gonna be smooth cause they were made for windows xp not windows 7. You can even play Fallout 4 if you want providing your video card is not below nvdia 600 series. i recommend games that were made for windows 7 not windows xp it's a lot smoother and you have high enough processor to even play dying light, the upcoming Mafia 3, Deadrising 3, Black Ops 3
