Since my new build, my CPU hits around 70 degrees Celsius on idle and hits at max ~95 degrees Celsius on full load (gaming, editing).

Is this normal with the A8 7650K, or is this concerning. I've had this PC for 2 weeks.

I have the stock CPU cooler with the preapplied thermal paste.

That's not good, you should see about trying to reapply the past, and if that doesn't work then buy a new cooler

What would you recommend as a thermal paste that's cheap but does get the job done + what other things will I need for this job.

This is too high, there's definitely a problem there. Are you sure the cooler is properly seated?

Any performance paste will do, just look at reviews for it, and see if it's any good.

Yeah. I had an issue with my PC when I first built it. I did something wrong in the build, so I went back to the shop for them to diagnose the problem. And during that, they said I screwed up somehow and they just rebuilt it. And I'm sure the cooler is properly seated as when I try to move it, it wouldn't budge.

How would I go about cleaning the thermal paste, just the anti-dust cloth or whatever it's called and some isopropyl alcohol?

Yeah, you can find guides on YouTube and such.
