Flash Sites FREEZE help!

Hello,
I am having a frustrating problem with my computer for a long time now. Some websites I open (which I think are mainly flash) freeze my computer for good no matter how long I wait. Playing games does not affect pc in that matter.
The websites I can think of are (no links so it wont freeze again)
- Fifa ultimate team web app
- Bet365 a casino app window
- and some other but I mostly visit Facebook, Google and Youtube (neither of which freeze)

I was happening on Win 8, 8.1 and now in 10. I tried cleaning my PC, so every thing out and in again assuring good connections. Today I tried Ubuntu live CD (usb) and it froze again.
On windows and Linux I tried Chrome and Firefox the same thing 
 

Could you please help me? It is so frustrating not knowing when it will freeze and destroy my work I may be working on.

I have uninstalled it and it is the same 
And with league of legends it is the same (freeze)

have you tried a different web browser (Opera, Tor ect. (I say these because they arent mainstream and might possibly work))

I tried thank you, but it is the same with Tor it does not even load fifa web app..

Will format computer now and try with fresh install.

could be ur internet not loading fast enough or a faulty driver for your internet adapter

I do watch youtube a lot and Netflix on PC and TV and I have a raspberry Pi so I do use torrents for OS images. So I don't think it is speed or bandwidth.
Before i formatted i also had a VM of Windows 7 and it worked fine.

I tried to install Win 7 now but "it cant find drivers" probably preventing downgrading but if it wold work on Win 7 than that could be a clue.

try another HDD/SSD. it might be due to a bad sector

I installed it from Windows and it worked.
The video drivers are not installed and it seems to be working on Win 7 
I will install Nvidia drivers now and see if that is the cause.

In general Flash is a dying technology. Even google stopped/will stop supporting it. Mostly everything will be converted to use HTML 5. Have you tried another site that uses flash ? (e.g. Youtube) If other sites don't freeze, then most likely is a server issue and not your computers. Furthermore do you use any antivirus, anti malware software ?

It seem's to be working fine on Win 7 
The programs i have installed are in picture, I have had an antivirus in previus Win 10 but for now i don't.
I will install an antivirus and see if that will have an effect.

Youtube work's fine FLASH SUCKS !
I had avg and malwarebytes but malwarebytes was never working just when i was scanning

Maybe there will be an update for Windows 10 ? I don't know....and yes...flash sucks
