C600 Upgrade Key Help Needed

Alright, so I've seemed to have extended the extent of my knowledge on this, 

I've recently purchased an RKSATA8 card for my S2600CP4 Intel motherboard, plugged it in, and nothing. 

 

In addition, Intel's Server Deployment Kit doesn't want to recognize my board...

 

So, is that required to set it up? Or am I just not doing something right?
