Issue with MSI Gaming M7

I started having this problem yesterday that I can't boot into my computer unless I have the slow mode switch on which I don't want it to be since I don't want my cpu at 0.8GHz. But when I turn slow mode off then boot it, it'll cycle through some numbers on the cpu temp counter on the motherboard then eventually stop at 60. Anyone have a fix or what to do if they have had this happen?
