Shift + F10 Blackscreen

This isn't a huge problem and it only happens when I'm a pleb and hold shift in game while stopping a recording (which I have now changed anyway). I'm just curious, why does Shift + F10 give me a black screen with a cursor? I can task manager and see the little loading symbol but nothing ever happens.

shift f10 is meant to bring up a context menu on the cursor. basically right clicking inside the app by force. Game probably just doesn't like that.
