    • Each icon on the network map represents one physical device or link. Long description text have to be used to mark out VLANs or aggregated links.

    • Each icon on the network map represents one logical device or link. There will be no correlation between logical and physical devices.

    • Use two maps: one physical connection map, one logical connection map. Logical devices (VLAN) or slave physical links (link aggregate) will be given correlating names to their physical device or master link.

I wish to update my network layout showoff post but my new core switch, TP-Link TL-SG3226, being a managed switch, is configured with several LACP-enabled link aggregates and VLANs. What is the most appropriate way of representing it?

I've been struggling with this question myself, having three routers converging on one switch with VLANs ans 2 dual port link aggregations...

Looking to buy GTX690, other multi-GPU cards, or single-slot graphics cards:
