Upgrading my Logitech Z623

Hey,

 

I was hoping that you guys could suggest some good computer speakers that would be a decent upgrade from my Logitech Z623. I'd preferably be looking at a speaker system (preferably 2.0/2.1) around the $350 mark, but wouldn't mind spending a little bit more for the right speakers. Also, any information on the Swan M50W speakers would be great and how it compares to my current Z623's.
