How to setup RAID 0?

Hi, I was planning on getting two 120GB or 126GB SSDs from ADATA or KINGSTON. I was wondering on how to setup RAID 0? I've read that it is better but also bad when it comes to a point where one of the SSD dies. Can anyone suggest me, is it good to go for Raid 0 or not? And if yes, how do you set it up?
