Is my PC good?

DJMasHup007

Hello guys!

I have some money for a PC upgrade, i am playing at 1080p but i am planning to install extreme custom graphics mods in the future.

My current setup:
-AMD FX-8320 (4GHz oc)
-16gb 1866MHz
-AMD R9 380 4gb
-ASRock 990fx Fatal1ty Killer
i have about 450-500 usd for upgrade, also keep in mind that i know a shop where they will buy my parts for retail prices.
so option1 is selling my gpu and buying an r9 390x or relevant.
option 2 is selling mobo, cpu and ram and upgrade to skylake
last option 3 is selling all 4 parts and buying a new gpu and a skylake upgrade

If you can, get an i5 and a 390 8gb (not the 390x).

Upgrade to Skylage since games most likely run better on intel platforms, also, you'll get DDR4...

I agree with this. You can take a look at the i5 6400.

Can you suggest a good mobo full atx (no z170) which has 2 way sli and xfire support, 4 sticks of ram slots and an agressive look, only asus or asrock(i have bad experience with msi and gigabyte mobos)?

@Watermelon GuyIf he decides to buy a new chipset somewhere in the future, he can at least keep his RAM...

Yeah, but this is the wrong time of year to upgrade.
