The people who told you that PSU is overkill are right. Just go for a EVGA G2 550W.

 

And don't go for WD Green, a Seagate Barracuda 2TB will do just fine.

there isnt really a budget but dont want to spend to much i think 1,300 would be nice however cheap as possible is ideal

im new to pc building this will be first one im building n my girlfriend has moved in with me so i need to space so it has to be small but still pack a punch im hoping that this will be perfect
