Once, I plugged a USB flash drive into my PC. To my horror, I saw some of my files, mixed with some mangled garbage (literally some shitty characters). I wasn't able to rename them, nor was I able to access their properties. Everytime I navigated to the USB Drive's folder, more garbage showed up. I decided to format the Flash Drive, and formatted it to FAT32. Then I re-opened the USB drive's folder, to find that there were still a few garbage files lying around (formatting failed?) ! Then, I formatted it to NTFS, then the drive was wiped clean. So I reformatted it to FAT32 then I wasn't able to access it at all.

Please help!!!

Thanks!

Nothing to see here ;)
