Is $435 CAD good for a w3550, 8gb ddr3, and a 750ti

The pc it's self costs 275CAD and comes with a generic acer monitor mouse and keyboard 

I was going to buy a new 750ti for 160CAD on NCIX to replace the useless quadro 600
