Hello LTT.

Back story: I have been into computers for a while but only recently been really getting into the guts (get it? :P). I also recently started a live stream on twitch for World of Tanks. Obviously it doesn't perform nearly as good as a PC, but it gets the job done at low graphics/bit rate. So, this computer would be a completely from scratch build. I need everything. Except for a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and optical drive, I need everything. I plan on doing the build late March/early April

What I play: Obviously World of Tanks cause that's what I stream, but also games like American Truck Simulator, ARK, LoL,and other games, but since I plan on getting more games with a nicer computer.

I have 3 different builds put together but I'm open to suggestions. The only real difference is the processor (and mobo/ram obviously):

i7-4790K: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/PKypyc

i7-5820K: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/bwmG7P

i7-6700K: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mL6MBm

I also have the option to get a used i7-3770K from a fellow streamer along with a mobo, ram, and 750w PSU which would be about $1200 total.

Budget: 1500 USD max - I want enough power so I can also stream pretty much any other game as well just in case. I'm willing to go a little over budget if it constitutes something I need, but also anything under budget is great too ;)

Parts:

CPU - I have a build with an i5-6600K but I figured the i7's hyper-threading is really what helps out streaming, so I left it out.

GPU - I picked the 970 because I've heard it does really well with 1080p, unless it's like shadow of mordor maxed out with AA. However, I'm open to getting a 980 Ti if you think it's worth it.

CPU Cooler - Probably will end up getting a 240mm rad, unless a 280 is cheaper at the moment of purchase.

PSU - I really have no idea what to expect here so I picked out what I needed, plus a little head room for OCing and stuff.
