Cable management and connections

Hi.

My new PSU and case arrived.I started installing the parts in the new case but when i got to the cable connections and management i've been stuck.(It looks pretty easy on youtube but...).I managed to connect some of the cabls with the help of someone from this forum.But now i don't know what to do.I only have some cables remaining but i don't know what to do with them.I'm going to install the GPU once i'm done with the rest.

 

Case: Antec GX300 Windowed Black.

Intel core i5 3330.

The PSU connection to the GPU/CPU/Mobo should have some label (12v) or pins. Those extra ones are a molex (100% power no on/off) and looks like a 3-pin for a fan.

Should I connect one split PCI-E cable to the GPU or 2 PCI-E cables?

Also, the cables you have, where they connected (on the other side)?

They are connected to the button that sets the number of Rpms. (all 3 come from the same place). => I should connect the fans to those and the molex to the molex of the psu which would give power?
