Looking for racing games similar to Forza 4

Ive been looking around the internet trying to find some good racing simulation games for PC (I want to get a G27 racing wheel or similar, with pedals and gearshifts and all that) but I can't seem to find anything. I am mainly looking for a variety of cars to drive a lot of customization and upgrades similar to forza. Thanks in advanced for any help you guys can give me.

 

-- Also if anyone knows good steering wheels / pedals other than the G27 please let me know

The best option I found so far is Assetto Corsa which is not out yet unfortunately.

Again, look at the list, there are several games with what he is looking for AND Modding.

 

Just because these games don't make the cover of PC gamer doesn't mean they don't exist.

Modding wasn't one of the requirements. Car customisation was. None of the have that. I would recommend most of those games as simulations. He wants a game LIKE forza which simply doesn't exist on PC.

Dude, give it a break.  You are wrong, move on. it's not a big deal.

 

Games like he requested do exist and I've provided the info to find them.

SimRacingWorldcom is not ALL about Simulators, they review and provide info for all driving games

including arcade.

 

Been through all this before with games like Arma... people arguing there were no realistic, moddable/Customizable military games other then Dragon Rising or Battlefield 2.

 

Research and you will find.
