Be patient. My GeForce Experience takes about 45 seconds to open, usually.

It usually takes about 5 seconds to open for me... It's been 4 minutes now.

Consider doing a clean install of your drivers? When you download the latest drivers, tick the "Clean Install" option during setup. That's cleared up a lot of issues for me.

Download it, run it, and tick the option during the setup that says "clean install."

It says "custom (advanced) allows you to select the components you want to install and provides the option for a clean installation".
