help Full Screen Games Minimizing

The title basically says it. I built my PC about 2 months ago, and since the second week, while playing games in full screen mode, they will randomly minimize (not crash) or my mouse will show up on screen and I'll hear a random ding while the game goes into windowed mode. I have no exsisting viruses on the computer, I have gaming mode on my keyboard, and it's on most of the time (I never hit the Windows key anyway but it's a backup). My hardware is more than capable of running all the games I play. So my question is, have any of you ever experienced this issue, and if so, do you have a few things I could try to help solve this issue. It's really just an inconvenience as it may only happen once or twice a gaming session, but in some clutch situations in CS:GO, the game will just go away for a moment, and I have to pull the game back up again  by that time I'm likely dead.

It ends up happening to me if a program messes it up, like sometimes updates can force them to show up above the games, but that's usually solved by windowed borderless as it's easier to reclick lol.

Wouldn't you think that's a last resort sort of deal? I mean that's almost a terabyte of data, and hell I don't even have my windows 10 install anymore
