over these last few years i have been saving up to build a brand new desktop and i don't really know what im doing when it come to computer building so i was wondering if anyone can help pick out the best requirment for my pc. 

Budget: 800-1000$

I know it's gross to even think about but you could use the stock cooler to cut down on costs and buy one a little later once you have the funds. But other than that, the build that @UGame_ posted is solid and should be able to run ultra at 1080p at 60FPS easily.
